FAQs

Do I need to be there while you service my vehicle?

No. We will come to your location (ie. work or home) and service your vehicle. Prior to our arrival, the online customer form must be filled out completely with your vehicle information, the services you are requesting and your keys once we arrive. Once service has been completed we will contact you via phone, email or text, to return your keys and receive payment.

Do you provide more than oil change service?

Yes. We also do air filter, wiper blade replacement and tire rotations.

  

How do you prevent spills?

We have state-of-the art equipment that extracts the oil through the dipstick on most vehicles into a holding tank minimizing any oil spillage. Additionally, we carry an emergency oil spill kit on our trailer

  

What method of payments do you accept?

We accept cash and all major credit cards (VISA, MC, AMEX, DISCOVER) 

  

What do you do with the old oil and oil filters?

Used oil and filters are transferred from our on-site holding tanks and containers to an approved recycling facility.
